Harrisonburg, Virginia has been hosting Winter Retreat for about 20 years. Part of our vision is to bring tangible hope to our host city as we partner with local justice organizations.

¿Cuándo abre y cierra la inscripción?
La inscripción abre el 1 de noviembre y cierra el 4 de enero. Debido a la naturaleza del evento, no podemos aceptar inscripciones en el lugar.

FAQs
When does Registration open and close?
Registration opens on November 1st and closes on January 4th. Because of the nature of the event, we cannot accept onsite registrations.

Is there a packing list?
Yes, you should have received it in your confirmation email! Here's the list of items you should plan on bringing:

Bible (and a journal)

Clothes for two days (think layers, too)!

Personal care essentials

Water bottle

Comfortable shoes
You are not allowed to have items that you typically wouldn't be allowed to have on school property, such as pocket knives, fireworks, etc.

What's included in the price?
The price includes hotel lodging, sessions, various fun activities, t-shirt, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and so much more!

Where are we sleeping?
We've partnered with local hotels to provide housing. Roommate assignments are made by our team.

Registrations cancelled on or after January 4, 2026 are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
